Hope everyone's 2019 is off to a good start! I was able to take about 10 days off around Christmas and New Year's to enjoy sleeping in, snowshoeing, and plenty of reading and watching shows in an armchair by the Christmas tree (our first live tree ever!). Now it's back to work, i.e. busy. However, I'm very fortunate in that a lot of the work I do is actually really fun - which of course includes my cooking classes.
