join me for soup & appetizers in March

Even though it's mid-January, it's not too early to sign up for two more online classes I will be teaching through PCC Cooks in March! Both classes will be in demo format, so you can sit back and relax with your favorite beverage or snack while I show you how to make a couple of popular Russian soups (class #1) and three appetizers (class #2). As always, you will receive copies of the recipes ahead of time, so if you do choose to cook along, you are welcome to do that. Just be aware that due to the time constraints, I will be completing a number of steps such as peeling and cooking vegetables in advance.

Classes will be recorded and a link to the video will be sent out afterwards. And, to answer a question that came up from a couple of friends, one class fee covers the entire household that will attend. No need to pay for each person separately.
