Holidays, Russian Style

The holidays will be here before you know it! Want to switch up your party menu or add a couple of new dishes to your potluck repertoire? Come to my next class in Twisp, called "Holidays, Russian Style," where we will make delicious and festive appetizers representing Russia's diverse culinary heritage.

As always, this will be a hands-on class where you will get to participate in making all of the dishes. We will then gather around the table for conversation, culture, stories - and eating, of course!

Here is everything you need to know:

When: Friday, November 16, 6-9 pm

Where: Kathy's Kitchen at TwispWorks (Building 12 aka The West Shed)

How much: $30/person

Class size is limited to 12 and will likely fill fast so sign up early!

Want to take the class for free? I am looking for two volunteer assistants, as well as two people willing to serve as back-ups in case one or both of the assistants can't make it. Assistants will arrive 1 hour before class to set up and can expect to stay for up to 1 hour after class is over to help with cleanup. As an assistant, you are instrumental to ensuring that the class flows smoothly. You also receive a copy of the recipes, participate in making food along with the students, and join in the shared meal at the end of class.
